LOL...when I PVE as a monk the only areas that I want a second backup monk is in FoW and Sorrows Furnace. Most of the time 1 monk is plenty and I have never seen 3 monks in a party except for PvP.

If you have 3 monks in PvE, chances are, you are not doing enough damage and thus require the 3rd monk to heal more during the longer battles.

Three monks in PVE is pretty overkill, even in UW/FOW. Two tends to be a pretty good standard in an eight-person party.

I run:

Heal Other
Heal Party
Protective Spirit
Orison of Healing
Healing Touch
Rebirth
Healing Seed
Offering of Blood

12+1+1 healing, 5+1 prot, 10+1 divine favor, 8 blood

I like to think that I do decently, anyway.
